How many mail bombs thwarted?

So, how many terrorist mail bombs were thwarted by Japan Post's recent decision to limit packages to the USA to under 450 grams? Please compare that to the amount of frustration caused to Americans living in Japan who were unable to send back Christmas gifts this year. (Japan Post has rescinded that decision, by the way. So nice for the news to report it, too.)
