Why does my Computer sound like a Vacuum?

Certainly clean it out, it definitely should not run all the time and is doing it because of build up in the fan or hardware overheating you might want to check the temperature of your computer and make sure it is where it is suppose to be so your fan does not run non stop, I would only do that after you make sure it's cleaned out though in case that does not work. good luck!
