Does anyone know about army recruiting accepting waivers?

I got denied in the NAVY surprise.. so i went over to ARMY recruiting and I am just praying to get in. I plan on being a Cav Scout and and would be damn right proud of it but in the past i have a 2 criminal prob.. Attmpt AG Burglary, and Joyriding.. yeah **cking joy riding anyways i was wondering if army can get people in at this time since i heard they've met there quota.
