I need an opionion on how to dress descent with a 100 bucks?

iam visiting my girlfreind who is an hour away from me for summer break in college ( i do see her from time to time) but she wants to come see me here. So.. I want to be alone with her without her roomate . SO I budegted myself for 800 dollars. I have 100 bux for clothes I need shorts shirts and basicly i havent gone shopping for clothes since the winter toime and no summer stuff.
