Should someone who has mive gatrointernal hemorhage be left

i found out wot my mum died from mive gastrointernal bleed caused by aortoenteric fistula but the hospital when she coughed up the blood clots she needed blood to replace wot she had lost but all the hospital did was take blood. then 12 hours later she did it again this time they did somthing but they were to late and that was the outcome. why not do tests to see wots going on. the coroner has ordered the notes from the hospial and wants them by the 22,8 but doesnt this time laps mean that the hospital could change them to suit them.
