Would you go to hell if you don't attend church?

It's not in the Ten Commandments. I know more about the religion than many of these regular church attendees. Some of them don't even know the main prayers, yet claim to be superior in terms of getting to Heaven. Most of the churches I go to is filled with people who you know are just there to be there. There is little spirituality. It's very hypocritical really. If I myself can't send someone to hell for not attending a church, why would God?
