Why is it that all Pot smokers will argue with you that it should be legal?

And that all medical studies show that it is good for you? When you can LOOK at a habitual Pot smoker and know one. And that All the Studies say for CANCER or Glaucoma suffers? Are they all sick? Other that being Addicts?
